Arkahm Quinn is based off of the Harley Quinn of the Arkham City Video Games. She is a Fast model who attacks at vulnerable flanks, swinging her Handy Reinforced Baseball Bat. The Arkham Quinn mini reflects the Arkham City video game rendition featuring her black and red costume.
