Song of the Ood - Noncreature spells have convoke. (A player's creatures can help cast those spells. Each creature they tap while casting a noncreature spell pays for 1 or one mana of that creature's color.) Red-Eye - Whenever chaos ensues, for each opponent, goad up to one target creature that opponent controls. Until end of turn, those creatures can't become tapped unless they're being declared as attackers.
